Prescott Valley requires participating vendor to acquire a $15 "one-time event permit". Use the link above to print the permit application. Fill out the application then, mail it to us.

NOTE: Include $15 (permit fee) to your table space payment with your mailing. The permit application & fee to Prescott Valley Permit Dept. is submitted by us. We provide permits to the vendors at the show.
NEW VENDORS: Must acquire an Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax license before applying for the Prescott Valley "one-time event permit". Please Call Tracy @ 928.517.1142 for TPT application info.

TUESDAY JAN 18TH CHECK-IN/UNLOAD* 9 AM - 4 PM:
***ALL VENDORS MUST CHECK-IN BEFORE UNLOADING***
CHECK-IN & UNLOAD thru the east side of facility (off Lake Valley Rd).
